1.DEFINITION AND OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
1.1 – The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by the Customer of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer via the Internet on the website https://spezialita.com/ (“Site”) and/or through other linked domain names, based on the methods described in Article 3 below.
1.2 – These general conditions of sale (“General Conditions”) and, in particular, the information referred to in Article 52 of the Consumer Code, will remain valid and effective until they are amended and/or supplemented. Any amendments and/or supplements to the General Conditions shall be effective as of the date they are communicated to the public and shall apply to sales made on or after said date. The latest updated version of the General Conditions is the one that can be found on the Site.
2.PRICES.
Sales prices of products shown on the Site and/or through any other distance selling systems of www.spezialita.com are inclusive of V.A.T. and any other taxes, except where otherwise indicated. Product sales are for the purpose of a donation from the nonprofit organization Warka Water, which focuses on innovative and sustainable solutions to some of humanity’s most enduring problems through the fusion of local knowledge and resources, visionary design, and ancient traditions.
3.MODE OF PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
3.1 – The Contract, in the case of purchase proposals sent through the Site, is deemed accepted with the sending of the order by the Customer and a summary email from www.spezialita.com. With the latter, the Customer is informed that its purchase proposal is being processed, unless otherwise notified by e-mail or telephone transmitted within the following 3 (three) working days. Once this period has elapsed, the Internet Contract is to be considered definitively accepted and shall be deemed perfected at the time of the event occurring as the last between payment and delivery of the goods being sold.
3.2 – The Customer will be allowed to choose one of the following payment methods: bank transfer.
4.WARRANTIES AND SUPPORT
For products purchased by the Customer, the rules on warranties and assistance regarding the sale of goods services are applicable: 24 (twenty-four) months for purchases made by private customers, 12 (twelve) months for businesses of any type that have specified the VAT number at the time of purchase.
5. JURISDICTION
This Contract shall be governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and breach of the Contract shall be within the jurisdiction of the Court of Trapani.
